Job Duties Include
- Plan and implement learning experiences for at-risk children.
- Teach coping skills for social-emotional interactions.
- Support classroom staff in behavior guidance.
- Act as a positive role model.
- Assist in parent conferences and recruitment efforts.
- Develop a Professional Development Plan.
- CDA with experience in challenging behaviors.
- Degree in Early Childhood or ECSE preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Flexibility to meet classroom needs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of child development and cultural diversity.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
