Responsibilities
- Oversee resident care and supervise nursing staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Conduct resident assessments and participate in daily rounding.
- Assist with IV therapies as needed.
- Active Practical Nurse licensure required.
- One year of experience in Geriatric or Long Term Care preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CPR certification required.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
