Physical Therapist-Outpatient Full Time Days

Responsibilities

This full-time Physical Therapist position is based at the Gurnee Outpatient Rehab Clinic, requiring 40 hours per week with two evening shifts until 7 PM and no weekends. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct patient care and managing treatment plans.
• Collaborating with team members and participating in departmental improvement efforts.
• Maintaining professional standards and effective communication.
• Documenting patient progress and adhering to policies.
• Engaging in educational and mentoring activities.
  
  

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Illinois licensure, and BLS certification. Preferred candidates will have a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
