Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - CCCs required (no CFY).
- Provides direct speech therapy to patients per physician referral.
- Requires MS or MA in speech therapy, ASHA certification (CCCs), and active state license.
- Preferred experience in skilled nursing and long-term care.
- Must maintain CPR certification and adhere to professional standards.
- Participates in community health projects and collaborates with patients and families.
- Establishes and modifies therapy goals, charts progress, and utilizes therapy software.
- Exhibits excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Must demonstrate good body mechanics and maintain confidentiality.
