Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide routine daily nursing care to residents based on their assessment and care plan.

- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting) and obtain vital signs.
- Document medication assistance and prepare residents for medical tests and activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of living areas and greet newly admitted residents.
- Report changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse.
- Transport residents and assist with mobility needs.
- Record blood sugar levels and utilize Smart Charting IPAC for documentation.
- Complete incident reports and perform other assigned duties.
