Responsibilities

Clinical Director (BCBA) position available in Boca Raton, FL, for a BCBA seeking leadership opportunities in a stable environment where clinicians drive decisions. Responsibilities include:

• Managing BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
• Supervising behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Providing guidance and feedback to clinical staff
• Conducting assessments and supporting extended assessment opportunities
• Meeting weekly with BCBAs to review client progress
• Collaborating with the Regional Operations team
• Traveling for assessments and high-risk client support
