About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Infusion RN to provide specialized infusion therapy to adult patients in home and other settings. This role requires excellent nursing skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering Therapies: Administer therapies such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies per physician orders.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor patient safety and efficacy during treatments.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on procedures and self-care.
- Care Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify potential issues.

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid RN license
- Nursing Experience: 3 years of nursing experience
- IV Skills: Excellent IV skills
- EHR Documentation: Proficiency in EHR documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Infusion Therapy Experience: Previous infusion therapy experience
- CRNI Certification: CRNI certification (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion)
