Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to support the behavioral health of federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers in Alabama through hybrid roles.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
• Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Maintain secure client records in compliance with federal standards.
  
  

Requirements include independent licensure, 2 years of post-licensure experience, and expertise in trauma-informed care.

Salary range: $60,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
