New Grad RN

This position offers a sign-on and relocation bonus, with increased pay rates for registered nurses. The New Grad Residency Program is a year-long initiative providing hands-on experience to develop clinical and critical thinking skills. RN Residents will receive advanced training, monthly educational sessions, and mentoring from experienced nurses. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing medical procedures, administering medications, and educating patients and families.
