- Assist in establishing restorative nursing programs.
- Administer OT interventions and educate patients and families.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Completion of an accredited OTA program and AOTA certification eligibility.
- Valid Iowa OTA license or eligibility.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
