A great opportunity for a Registered Nurse in Enid, OK, supporting caregivers and the community. Responsibilities include:

• Management and delivery of patient care using the nursing process.
• Floating to other units and participating in on-call status as needed.
• Conducting assessments, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating care.
• Supervising and mentoring licensed and non-licensed personnel.
• Adhering to National Patient Safety Goals.
  
  

Requires current RN licensure in Oklahoma, BLS certification, and effective communication skills. Additional certifications may be required based on department.
