AHL is currently licensed as a Correspondent Lender or Broker in: TX, GA, AL, CO, FL, MS, NC, OH, SC, MD, OK, AR, IA, TN, VA, CA, MI, and AK.

Job Description:
The candidate should be active in the local community and able to schedule and attend meetings with agents and closings in your area. This is a position for a people person, someone who is well connected in the community and is willing to put in the time to build relationships that will result in closings and client satisfaction to produce other new relationships – now is the time to take advantage of the market and build value for realtors, builders, referral partners, and home buyers!

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs, recommending suitable loan products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and processors, to ensure loans are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations. This includes staying up-to-date with industry changes and ensuring all loan origination activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze customers' financial situations to provide tailored loan solutions. Advise customers on the appropriate loan products based on their financial circumstances and goals.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking and managing multiple customer files daily. This includes locking loans at the point of sale, requesting initial documents from customers, and submitting initial loan packages to processing staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' full-time loan origination experience is preferred.
- Established self sourced referral sources in local market.
- Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions to complete the onboarding process for new clients.
- Knowledge of conventional and government loan programs (purchase and refinance).
- Fair Housing regulations: 2 years
- Loan origination: 2 years
- Sales: 2 years
Pay: Expected Income $45,000 to $250,000 or unlimited per year - No Earnings Cap
