Position Summary:
The Office Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Hours / Schedule: Full Time; (40) hours / week.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Previous office administrative support experience preferred.
Secretarial and computer background preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the office’s administrative functions, including maintaining records, supplies, and equipment.
Assist office manager with providing training and support.
Offer administrative support to the hospice team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and personnel files.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, providing support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Foster positive relationships with the community, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPPA, OSHA, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Participate in special projects, such as quality improvement initiatives, marketing campaigns, and community outreach programs.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support department goals and initiatives.
