Now Hiring: Landscape Crew LeaderLocation: Lynchburg, VirginiaStarting Pay: $20-$22/hour (based on experience and knowledge)
Who We Want on Our Team:
We are looking for a Landscape Crew Leader who isn’t afraid of hard work, thrives in all aspects of landscaping, and can keep a team motivated and on track. You should have landscape experience and be great at:
- Leading a crew to complete landscape projects efficiently and with high quality
- Keeping projects organized and on schedule
- Installing plants, trees, sod, and drainage systems like a pro
- Making mulch and pruning shrubs look effortless
- Handling heavy equipment without breaking a sweat
This isn’t a job where you punch in and zone out—we need someone who takes pride in their work, gets the job done right, and makes sure the team stays safe and efficient.
What You Need to Bring:
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record that won’t make our insurance company nervous
- The ability to pass a background check
- A willingness to take random drug screenings (we work with big equipment—safety first!)

The Schedule:

- 2 years of landscaping experience (preferred)
