Job Summary
Entry Level Position - Responsible for conducting lighting audits and developing energy models for LED streetlight and building retrofit projects. Prepare proposals and RFP packages for new bid projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate & attend on-site audits and electrical walkthroughs with electrical subcontractors.
- Develop extensive product knowledge of Affinity LED Lighting offerings – streetlight, interior and exterior.
- Become proficient with energy rebate incentive programs offered by electrical utilities in New England region.
- Create Excel based accurate comprehensive energy and costing models for presentation to customer prospects.
- Prepare bid packages and confirm that all bid documents and requirements are met.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks and communication, creating reports and weekly updates.
- After project acquisition, communicate project parameters clearly and effectively to operations team for production build and installation scheduling.
- Annual tradeshow setup and attendance.
- Weekdays In-office position.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or project coordination experience.
MS Office: Proficiency in MS applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
Regional travel time up to 30%.
U.S. Veterans encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
Electrical experience is a plus but not required.
