Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage patient records accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date in the e Clinical Works systems.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their visits.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries related to services, insurance, and billing.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with health information management regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic.
- Assist in managing medical records and documentation as required.
- Provide support in navigating electronic health record systems and other clinic software.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
