Responsibilities
- Conduct Design Consultation where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
- After assessing customer needs and expectations, designs and recommends a backyard pool utilizing professional pool design software.
- Conducts immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
- Conduct a Design Presentation where the salesperson presents the Company, provides differentiation, and explains the process of building a pool to customers using a presentation binder.
- Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval.
- Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
- Build referral relationships.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- experience in the Swimming Pool Industry is a plus
- 1 years of Successful Experience in Fast Paced Top-Level Sales
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report
- Pool Studio Experience Preferred
- Use of companys CRM system for lead nurture and tracking

- Successful Experience in Fast Paced Top Level Six Figure Sales
- Full Time
- Uncapped Commissions up to 6% of Gross sales
