Position Overview:
A Member Advisor interacts with our members through various channels. This role involves assisting members with daily transactions, providing card support, and helping with Online Banking, all while building strong relationships with our members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide education on self-serve options.
• Verify endorsements and identification for deposit transactions.
• Execute wire or ACH transfers of funds.
• Issue debit, credit, and gift cards instantly.
• Troubleshoot credit or debit card issues, online banking questions, or other account-related questions and issues.
• Balance and maintain personal cash drawers and branch vaults, as well as currency logs if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 1 year of customer service or professional experience, or cash handling experience is required.
• Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization of workload based on department and member needs.
• Flexibility to adapt and succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Drive to provide exceptional service to members and employees.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems easily.

Workplace Environment:

• Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination with other employees and departments.
• Sitting for 90-95% and standing for 5-10%, determined by rotation within the branch.
• Working at a computer for 98% of the day and utilizing the phone for 40-60%.
• Bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, or crouching when necessary.
• Repetitive movements, including typing, using a mouse, phones, etc.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to approximately 50 pounds.

Required Work Schedule:
PT 20-25 hours/week, with shift times between 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and 7am-3pm on Saturday. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential to meet departmental and organizational needs.

Compensation:
This position has a starting pay range of $17.05 - $19.90 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on the selected candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
