Job Title : Leasing Consultant

FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday. Tuesday - Friday is from 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm. Saturdays are from 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm.
Locations : Riverwood Heights Apartments (240 units) 12070 SW Fischer Rd, Tigard, Oregon 97224
Reports to : Property Manager
Compensation Package :
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00

Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approachEscalate tenant relation issues to Property ManagerFacilitate resident eventsWhat You’ll Need :
Authorization to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 years of customer service and sales experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and ExcelDemonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional developmentYour Work Environment :
Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phoneApproximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkwaysAbility to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 poundsMission Statement :
