Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. This role requires expertise in sheet metal work, engines, and reciprocating engines. An A&P license is mandatory, while an IA license is preferred but not required. This full-time position offers competitive pay, a steady schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on aircraft, focusing on sheet metal, engines, and reciprocating engines.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and structural issues to ensure aircraft safety and compliance.
Conduct routine maintenance and scheduled inspections as required by FAA regulations.
Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to complete assigned tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in all work performed.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure deadlines are met and operational goals are achieved.
Qualifications : MUST HAVES :
5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
Proficiency in sheet metal work, engine repair, and reciprocating engines.
Must possess an A&P license.
IA license is preferred but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
