Hours and Compensation Potential :

Full-time day shift position, occasional evening group coverage. Hours could be 32hrs a week or 40 hours a week.
Compensation ranges from $22.13hr to $30.46hr depending on experience.
Full benefits package offered.

What We're Looking For :

Must be licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board.

LSW or LPC required.

Current licensure by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a LCDC II, III, or LICDC. Higher than CDCA.

What You'll Be Doing :

Provide therapeutic counseling to individuals struggling with chemical dependency using a bio-psychosocial approach.

Educate patients and families about the disease process of chemical dependency.

Lead group discussions, work one-on-one with patients, and assign group activities for Mental Health Technicians.

Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate groups.

Complete billing charges / sheets daily.

Utilize historic and current data to assess patient needs and provide effective counseling.

Provide individual and group crisis intervention, as well as family clinical interventions.

Act as a client advocate, mediator, and facilitator.
