LOCATION : Reston, VA is a vibrant city, offering residents an urban suburban mix feel. In Reston there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks and the city is only 30 minutes from our Nation's capitol. The public schools in Reston are highly rated. This is a hybrid role available to local candidates and those willing to relocate upon hire.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Implement industry best practices in Oracle R12 EBS for Financials processes (OTC & PTP), driving efficiency and innovation.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, develop solutions, and write detailed functional specifications for projects.
Lead end-to-end system development phases, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations and maintain Information Security and SOX compliance.
Provide troubleshooting expertise, resolve software application issues, and drive automation initiatives for process optimization.
Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for application updates and enhancements.
Deliver high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose effective solutions.
IDEAL PROFILE
7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 (R12.2.x), web applications, services and interfaces across the financials functional area, including a mix of the following EBS modules : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), iExpense, & iProcurement. Implementation experience is desired.
Prior techno-functional work in Oracle EBS is a plus
Proficient in capturing requirements and producing detailed specifications, test strategies, and project plans.
Experience with Sarbanes Oxley processes and controls preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
Reside within a reasonable commute to Reston, VA (60 mi) or be willing to relocate to the area upon hire. (assistance provided from within the USA)
US Citizen / Green Card holder preferred.
Note : The salary range listed is broad to allow the company to hire at two different skill levels. Offered salary will be based on a number of factors, including depth of expertise across the requirement.
