Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of complex client tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-value clients across various industries.
Manage client engagements, including planning, budgeting, and execution, while building and maintaining strong relationships.
Supervise, mentor, and guide tax managers and staff, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, providing proactive advice to clients and firm leadership.
Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand the firms services and client base.
Qualifications : Qualifications
CPA license required.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in complex tax laws, compliance, and planning.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive business development.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
