What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor position at Affinity Skilled Living and Rehabilitation Center?
Registered Nurse (RN) Every other weekend 8am - 8pm
Requirements : Active RN NYS Lic / Prior Nursing Home Experience
Sign-on Bonus for Qualified Candidates- up to $10,000
Duties :
- Responsible for the supervision of all nurses and C.N.A's on a regular basis; making rounds,looking at residents and accounting for the staff.
- Responsible for a comprehensive assessment of a residents physical , emotional and or mental status when indicated and for appropriate follow up.
- Responsible for arranging the coverage for call ins and authorizing overtime with the DNS approval.
- Responsible for the safety and security of the building
- Responsible for addressing family / visitors concerns
