Role Overview:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, and supervising RBTs. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with families and other service providers.
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- North Carolina Licensure, is REQUIRED
- BCBA certification in good standing, is REQUIRED.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive behavioral services to children with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and be knowledgeable in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior plans for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Conduct assessments of children's behavior and social skills.
- Analyze data to identify patterns in behavior.
- Develop strategies to modify behavior and teach new skills.
- Monitor progress of treatment plans.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
