Compensation:$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research on homes and local communities in Redlands, CA to provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Coordinate and schedule home showings promptly with clients, listing agents, and home sellers
- Assist the lead agent in showcasing homes that align with client preferences and budgets, ultimately driving sales
- Guide clients in determining competitive offer prices and support them through the closing process for a seamless transaction
- Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Generate leads through proactive outreach
- Schedule client appointments efficiently
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Close sales professionally and efficiently
- Ability to dedicate extended periods to driving within Redlands, CA
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quick adaptability to new systems
