What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of client service experience in the financial advisory industry
- Series 7, 63 or 66
- AZ Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses (non-insurance licensed applicants will be considered based on experience)
- Experience working with financial planning programs and client relationship management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Working directly with two Financial Advisors, both who hold their Certified Financial Planner designation and who both earned the title of Five Star Wealth Manager in 2024
- Support to Director of Operations, Financial Advisors and Client Service Team
- Concierge services for existing clients including reviewing and organizing meeting summaries and delegating action items, etc.
- Prepare, process, submit and service all account paperwork and requests
- Regular client communication supporting our Advisors, Investment Manager or Directors
- Works closely with the team’s Directors to carry out various projects
Our candidate selection process consists of 5 steps:
- Review applications daily and respond within 3 business days
- Complete the Culture Index assessment (will be e-mailed to you)
- An initial 20-minute phone interview to discuss qualifications and mutual fit
- In-person 60-minute meeting with two directors of the organization
- Final 60-minute interview with the CEO and HR representative
- The entire process could take 4-6 weeks, but we will communicate with you each step of the way

- Base salary starts at $65K or competitively higher based off experience
- PTO beginning day one
