Job Responsibilities:
As an HHA/CNA at Affirmed Homecare, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Performing light domestic tasks to ensure a conducive living environment.
Administering simple prescribed medications.
Assisting with personal care activities, meal preparation, and offering emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements:
Eligible to work in the United States.
Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
Physical= Within the Year and as per State Guideline (Height, Weight, Blood pressure, Doc# at bottom of form)
TB= Within 1 Year (If Positive Chest X-Ray with 5 years & Physician Notes)
Active HHA/CNA Certification (Certified by State)
