Job Responsibilities:
As an LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals in need. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Obtaining and monitoring vital signs.
Assisting with personal care activities.
Administering medication reminders and administration.
Providing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Offering companionship and emotional support.
Performing specialized skills as required on specific cases, such as foley care, trach and vent management, wound care, and IV infusions.
Requirements:
Valid LPN certification (State Certified).
Eligibility to work in the United States.
At least one year of prior home care experience is a plus.
