We are hiring per diem LPNs with acute care experience working withhighly specialized cases.We have 12 hour cases (Day/Overnight) or LPN visits throughout Hartford County.

Requirements To Join Our Team:

• A minimum of one year of current LPN experience in an acute care setting, home care experience a plus!
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid CT LPN License
• Valid BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year or chest x-ray within the past five years
