Key Responsibilities:

· Personal Care Assistance: Provide support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.

· Health Monitoring: Regularly track vital signs and promptly report any changes to healthcare providers to maintain the highest standards of care.

· Medication Assistance: Aid in the precise administration of medications as prescribed, ensuring adherence to schedules and dosages.

· Nutritional Support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding, catering to any special dietary needs and following established guidelines.

· Activity Engagement: Encourage and facilitate activities that promote physical and emotional development for pediatric patients.

Qualifications:

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Home Health Aide training certificate is necessary.

· Experience: Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable.

· Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with children and families.

· Certifications: Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.

· Covid Vaccine: Covid vaccination is required.

· Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US.
