We are currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate Recruiter to join our New Jersey Branch.
The Recruiter is responsible for hiring direct care employees utilizing various resources, including job boards, in person and virtual job fairs and networking within the community, as well as onboarding employees according to state compliance requirements and agency policy and procedure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Post and monitor all job openings on job boards.
- Proactive community involvement with job fairs, visiting schools and other sources of recruiting, while developing networks and sources of communication at least weekly.
- Full cycle recruiting, from full interview to document acquisition, and through orientation.
- The above process includes phone screening, live interview, document compliance by state, and entry into state and federal systems.
- Ensure an average of 5 fully prepared applicants for on-boarding process weekly.
- Participate in orientation and welcoming the employees to Affirmed Home Care.
- Create a welcoming environment for all new employees and promoting the referral program.
