We are immediately hiring qualified Licensed Practical Nurses in White Plains, Tuckahoe, and Mount Kisco Areas!

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously assess clients’ behavior, symptoms, reactions, and progress, and communicate findings with your Nursing Manager.
• Administer and accurately document all medications in accordance with established policies, physician orders, and Department of Health regulations.
• Perform treatments as directed by physician orders and established protocols.
• Consult with your nursing supervisor regarding any necessary changes
• Verify the accuracy of medications and dosages upon receipt from the pharmacy or in-home.
  
  
  

This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and care of residents while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license
• Annual physical within one year
• PPD or Quantiferon within one year
• MMR labs within 10 years
• Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
• Must read, write and speak clear English - Bilingual a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States with a valid social security number
