Pediatric Nursing Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Pediatric Nursing Sales Specialist in Northern New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pediatric nursing services to healthcare facilities, pediatricians, hospitals, and other medical professionals in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

        1.      Develop and execute sales strategies to promote pediatric nursing services to potential clients in Northern New Jersey.
        2.      Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, hospital administrators, and medical staff, to generate referrals and business opportunities.
        3.      Conduct presentations and educational sessions to demonstrate the benefits and value of our pediatric nursing services.
        4.      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of patient care and services.
        5.      Stay updated on industry trends, pediatric healthcare regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
        6.      Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
        7.      Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

        1.      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field.
        2.      Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
        3.      Strong understanding of pediatric healthcare services and the healthcare landscape in Northern New Jersey.
        4.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
        5.      Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
        6.      Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Northern New Jersey area.
        7.      Prior experience in pediatric nursing or healthcare sales is preferred but not required.
