Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man/ detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings, the ability to wash and detail a vehicle. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
Duties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Driving license
- Wash vehicle
- Vacuum vehicle
- Detail a vehicle
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy objects as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license
