Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Document customer interactions in the system and follow up on open work orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service) to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with company products, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications:
