Overview
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, the Contract Administrator position is responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing efforts of the Supply Chain Division of Affordable Care LLC (ACI) and Sevāredent Sourcing Solutions. The Contract Administrator will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Managers to develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of agreements that span both clinical products, indirect spend, and services consumed within the dental industry.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- (85%) Work collaboratively with the Strategic Sourcing Manager, Supply Chain Data Analyst, and GPO Leadership to assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio of GPO agreements, from establishing a vendor roster from which RFP participants are selected, through to contract launches, amendments and Specific tasks include:
- Issuance of Mutual Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Collating/organizing RFP responses for comparison to one another and to established Clinical, Operational, and Financial criteria that are weighted to the initiative
- Manage contract routing for reviews, revisions, and final approval, applying established Corp Limits of Authority standards
- Assembly of launch documents and issuance of completed launch documents to membership
- Document control (hard/soft copies) and template maintenance
- Communication/scheduling of sourcing events with internal stakeholders
- Through close coordination with the Sourcing Manager, draft, distributor and coordinate the completion of amendments for contract extensions, price file changes or other required edits needed to support the contract
- Frequent communication with vendor representatives throughout the contract lifecycle
- Lead discussions with Sourcing Manager to address expiring contracts and take appropriate action to update
- (10%) Manage annual or as needed vendor maintenance to include performing or updating OIG/SAM checks, Certificate of Insurance, W-9s and diversity certification
- (5%) Develop, issue, and maintain contract aging and new contract development pipeline status reports across the ACI enterprise, to include non-GPO contracts

Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Studies
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proven PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel
- Experience in use of DocuSign, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team to drive completion of projects
- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) concepts and practices
