Position Overview:
Role: Independent Cleaner (Part-Time to Full-Time, 1099 Position)
Work Type: Solo Cleaning (must provide own equipment and supplies)
Schedule Control: Flexible scheduling with availability Monday through Saturday
Location: Jobs available in Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Spring Hill, and across Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pinellas counties
What We Expect:
- Professional Cleaning Experience: Proficiency in deep cleaning, move-out cleanings, and general housekeeping.
- Independent Work Capability: Must be able to manage all aspects of cleaning jobs solo, from start to finish.
- Strong Schedule Management: Maintain a flexible yet consistent schedule, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle is required for travel to job sites within the designated areas.
- Communication and Availability:
- Must own a working smartphone for job scheduling and communication.
- Ensure the phone is charged and accessible during working hours to accept new appointments and respond promptly to scheduling updates.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Initial Pay: $15/hour during the two-week trial period with a minimum of 5 appointments expected.
- Post-Trial Pay: Hourly rate will be discussed and agreed upon at the end of the trial period.
- Mileage Reimbursement: Provided for travel to job sites.
- Bonuses: Eligibility for performance and review bonuses, based on job quality and client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
- Background Check: You will be required to pay for your background check upfront, as this is an independent contractor (1099) position. Reimbursement will be provided after the first successful week, provided at least five appointments meet our standards.
- Technology Use: Must own a smartphone for job scheduling and communication.
- Language Skills: Basic command of the English language for effective communication and job execution.
