Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oral surgery, taking impressions for prosthetics, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the dentist and team in providing quality patient care within the scope of state regulations
- Set-up and breakdown rooms
- Take and develop x-rays
- Offer chairside support
- Take impressions
- Provide post-op instructions and care
- Assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans
- Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and general spaces
