Dental Assistant Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and supporting our experienced dentists and lab professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down rooms, taking and developing x-rays, offering chairside support, taking impressions, and providing patients with post-op instructions and care.
2. Treatment Planning: You will assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
3. Infection Control: You will be responsible for sterilizing and maintaining instruments, equipment, and general spaces, providing a clean and professional environment for patients.
4. Communication: You will communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless care.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have an active DA and X-ray certification, experience in oral surgery and taking impressions for prosthetics, and excellent communication skills.
