What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing & Content Specialist position at Affordable Design and Remodel?
As the marketing mind of the company, you’ll create, edit, and publish content across multiple platforms, maintain our WordPress website, and design graphics using Canva (preferred). You should have an eye for design, be a quick learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Capture and edit content from photo shoots of projects
- Design and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website
- Design marketing materials using Canva (recommended)
- Keep up with industry trends & digital marketing best practices
- Brainstorm creative ideas for new campaigns and branding initiatives
- Manage and streamline workflows using Zapier automations
- Assist with QuickBooks tasks as needed
- Assist with general office duties as needed
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (Required)
- WordPress website management (Required)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks & Zapier automations (Preferred)
- Creative mindset & strong design eye
- Social media & content creation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Quick learner who stays up to date with trends
Compensation & Schedule:
$23-$27 per hour mileage reimbursement
In-office position | Poway, CA
Monday - Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM
