Quick Ca$h - Small Loan / Consumer Finance Company has an opening for :

A subsidiary of Affordable Home Furnishings)

Excellent pay - (DOE) and Complete Benefits Package!

Hours : 8 : 30am-6pm Monday-Friday (Off on weekends)

Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Approving and processing consumer loans
  • Collections (Phone and field)
  • Marketing to grow the business (Phone, field, online)
  • Maintaining excellent customer relations

Requirements :

  • Reliable transportation (Needed for field work)
  • Good driving record
  • Finance, collections, or direct marketing experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish / English helpful but not required

    • Job Duties :

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
