Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and toileting needs.
- Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities and outings.
- Measure and record vital signs as needed, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Lift and transfer clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient observation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and diverse needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
- Basic understanding of meal preparation and nutrition principles.

- Certification in CPR/First Aid
