We are seeking a dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team at Affordable Medical Resources, Inc. This role is vital in delivering personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
- Respect client privacy and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients.
- Familiarity with meal preparation and cooking for dietary needs.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
