What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Nursing Supervisor position at Affordable Medical Resources, Inc.?
Affordable Medical Resources, Inc. is a Private Home Care agency providing caregiving services for the Elderly and Disabled individuals. We are currently seeking qualified and responsible LPN to assist with Nursing Supervisor duties.
Duties include:
1. Completion of Care Plan and Service Plan
2. Initial/Annual Assessments
3. Conducting Supervisory Visits at clients location
This job entails being on the road to conduct visits. Nurses are expected to report to the office every 2 weeks to turn in paper work and keep good communication with the office in order to ensure visits are being scheduled and completed. Visits can be scheduled according to your schedule and this can be a good secondary/part-time job.
Qualification:
2 years of nursing experience
