Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting patients and/or Medical supplies from one location to another.
Duties
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with hospital staff, patients and families.
- Handle heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license 1 year old with a clean driving record.
- Experience in commercial driving preferred, including route driving or delivery driver roles.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients/patients.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Flexibility in work hours, including the potential for overtime or varied shifts, and work weekends as needed.
