Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in logistics or transportation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in professional moving or related fields (e.g., logistics, furniture assembly).

Key Responsibilities
Staff Management & Development
- Supervise Team Leads, Movers, Drivers, and support staff.
- Oversee hiring, compensation, training, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to ensure high job satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee concerns and administer policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Assess team skills and competencies to identify opportunities for promotions and further development.
Operational Leadership
- Serve as the operations leader accountable for all moves performed within the region.
- Monitor metrics such as safety, customer service, profitability, quality, and turnaround time.
- Schedule and manage daily moves, employee training, compliance sessions, staff meetings, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to company philosophy regarding quality, turnaround, and satisfaction for both customers and employees.
Customer Relations
- Foster strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by balancing price, quality, and turnaround expectations.
- Actively listen to customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Safety & Compliance
- Monitor and enforce all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect staff and customers.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure that all vehicles, equipment, and tools are in excellent working condition and meet safety standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Develop best practices to optimize employee productivity and enhance team performance.
