What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of movers to ensure safe, efficient, and professional moving services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during moves, addressing questions and concerns with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Coordinate logistics and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect client belongings to ensure proper handling and protection.
• Solve problems on the go and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership skills with experience in a supervisory role (preferably in the moving or logistics industry).
• Strong communication skills to inspire and motivate team members while maintaining professionalism with clients.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lift and move heavy items alongside your team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for vehicle operation).
