What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position at Affordable Personnel Services?
Experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5 years of experience required.
