Provide legal expertise and counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction-related papers. Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support client strategies and transactions. Manage the due diligence process, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored legal advice. Represent clients in negotiations with regulatory bodies and other relevant parties.Salary is commensurate with experience.
